KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS :
- University degree in HR management or any related subject.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as Manager in NGOs/INGOs is mandatory.
- Good report writing and communication skill.
- Having strong skill of planning, organizing, prioritizations of task, and anticipation.
- Having computer, internet and the MS office skills
- Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Excellent computer knowledge with command on MS Excel among other packages of MS Office.
KNOW-HOW / SOFT SKILLS :
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Effective under pressure, results oriented and proactive with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Urdu will be an asset.
Conditions :
- Starting date : As soon as possible.
- French fixed term contract : 6 months.
- Remuneration according to our salary grid.
- Monthly perdiem/guesthouse
- Health insurance (SIF contributes to 60% of the insurance).
- Rapatriation insurance (100% covered by SIF)
- R&R to your homecountry covered by SIF after 6 months of mission.
- Leaves every 3 months
